Clarification text under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) regarding our processing of personal data.
Last updated · May 2026
1. Data Controller
The data controller for this clarification text is Huka Yapı San. Malz. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., owner of the Rubino Cabinet brand. KVKK applications can be sent to us via the email and address details on our contact page.
2. Personal Data Processed
Identity (first/last name), contact (email, phone), corporate (company name, region) and project data submitted via the website's contact, dealer application, and quote request channels are processed. Message content sent through email or WhatsApp is also covered.
3. Purpose and Legal Grounds
Personal data is processed to evaluate inquiries and complaints, prepare quotations for products and services, run dealer onboarding, and fulfill contractual obligations — based on KVKK art. 5/2 (c, e, f).
4. Transfers
Personal data may be shared with logistics, payment, and technical-infrastructure suppliers (e.g. email delivery) strictly for the purposes above and under appropriate security measures. International transfers are carried out under KVKK art. 9 as amended by Law No. 7499 — on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules. This may apply because some infrastructure services we use (e.g. email) are hosted on servers located abroad.
5. Retention
Personal data is retained for the minimum periods required by law after the processing purpose ends. Dealer and customer relationship data is kept for 10 years from termination of the relationship.
6. Rights under KVKK Article 11
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; request information about processing; learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the parties to whom data is transferred domestically or internationally; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data; request erasure or destruction under KVKK art. 7; object to results adverse to you arising from automated processing; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
7. Application and Contact
KVKK requests can be sent to us by email from a registered address or in writing to our company address. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, per KVKK art. 13.
